Job Description
A TIBCO Developer within COMPANY Competency Center group is actively involved in a broad spectrum of activities including practice development, team participation, and relationship building. He or she is exceptionally knowledgeable about a specific set of TIBCO products and their supporting technologies. A Consultant possesses a strong service orientation and finds challenge in problem solving complex situations. Customer success is a motivating goal. In addition, a TIBCO Developer will participate in the process of communicating mutually agreed upon expectations. Good judgment is exercised when prioritizing goals. Adaptation to changing goals is constant but maintaining appropriate priorities in this climate is important. This role may involve travel to regions to participate with project teams

Desired Profile
- Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred) in Computer Science.- Strong analytical and communication skills along with development skills in Java, J2EE and C++ - A good understanding of the software development life cycle including build tools, software configuration management and defect tracking systems required.- Experience with multi-threaded, high performance and scalable software systems preferred.- Knowledge of one or more of TCP/IP, HTTP, XML, AJAX, SOAP, WebServices, JBI, application server internals, TIBCO's General Interface (GI) and the Eclipse environment, a plus point.
